We are from OOT, and scheduled an oil chg and tire rotation for our college student grandson. At the appt, we were told they " couldn't get to it for about 4 hrs" as they didn't schedule enough mechan rotation for our college student grandson. At the appt, we were told they " couldn't get to it for about 4 hrs" as they didn't schedule enough mechanics ( this was black Friday and we were in town for Thanksgiving). My husband said, " but we made an appt with the call center". The manager's reply was " they don't know what they're doing". So we had to leave bc our grandson had to go to work. This is poor customer service and very frustrating. Better coordination needs to happen between the call center and the dealership or they need to do their own scheduling. We will just go elsewhere. More

Since I have been a customer 2015 I have only had one terrible experience that was my previous service on 11-4-24. But this service experience was very good.
