The communication of necessary and recommended repairs is top-notch. They certainly work with you on getting a good deal in the cost of repairs, but ultimately certain fixes will remain costly (Transmission) top-notch. I live in Northern Virginia close to 8 hours away. Saw a vehicle I liked online and got in contact with Nick through text messages, he went out of his way under then rain to send me a video of the tru Saw a vehicle I liked online and got in contact with Nick through text messages, he went out of his way under then rain to send me a video of the truck I was interested in. Nick was very transparent about everything and we were able to get a number I was comfortable paying. I never thought I would drive 15+ hours in one day just to buy a vehicle but Nick made it feel natural and not only him, but the finance manager that worked with me was also great! No price haggling and also did not try to convince me into buying add ons that weren't needed. Overall I have to rate them both and Summerville Nissan a 5 Star for their honesty and will most definitely be returning for a future vehicle. Keep up the Great work Nick! More
