Dishonest about service that I didn't approve to get. She obviously knew that my car didn't get fixed but still charged me. Until I looked at the bill and pointed it out she said it was a mistake and she She obviously knew that my car didn't get fixed but still charged me. I stopped in to the dealership again and talked to her she told me she has to wait for her manager to refund that money. Still didn't get it More

The dealership did not communicate until they finally got a young lady in there to do just that and she was excellent, but it took 2 months and no communication for this day and act she was a great asset.
