Unfortunately, I found the sales agent, Duri, to be lacking in knowledge about the vehicles, as many of my questions were met with, “I need to look it up.” We ultimately purchased a vehicle that, ac lacking in knowledge about the vehicles, as many of my questions were met with, “I need to look it up.” We ultimately purchased a vehicle that, according to the agent, would achieve around 300 miles on a full charge. However, upon charging it at home, we discovered that the maximum range is actually under 200 miles. Additionally, I felt that the agent’s engagement and willingness to assist diminished significantly after the sale was completed. I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the customer experience moving forward. More
