I’m seriously frustrated with this dealership. The service rep was rude, didn’t greet me, and I had to walk inside for help. With the deal it was still a terrible experience overall. More

1st- on the phone, we kept getting transferred to 3 different depts! If that wasn’t frustrating enough, when they told us our vehicle was done, and the keys were in the car in the parking lot, we went different depts!
