I have been going here to have my car serviced since it opened and was glad to find out there was a Hudson Nissan opening in Summerville which was more convenient for me. However, the service is not consis opened and was glad to find out there was a Hudson Nissan opening in Summerville which was more convenient for me. However, the service is not consistent and there is only one service advisor that appears to actually like his job and provide customer service to people and that’s, Tyrone Simmons. Everyone else is more concerned with upselling than customer care, including the service manager. More

Mr.Rymer took very good care of me. He saw we were going to be there longer than expected so he bought us lunch and you don't see that kind of service anymore. Very appreciative of the friendly service. Great atmosphere. I was able to work while my SUV was being serviced and it was nice and quiet. Love they could wash it after too ! Great atmosphere. I am disappointed with the quality of service that I got for almost a year dealing with the issue that I had/ have with my vehicle. Charleston service said it was fixed and it was never fixed. Summerville f for almost a year dealing with the issue that I had/ have with my vehicle. Charleston service said it was fixed and it was never fixed. Summerville found out some issues but it cost me . It should have been resolved better. More
