Never leave keys other than car I went in for an oil change today. Took them almost 4 hours for a simple like chg. When they returned my keys, I noticed my house key and mail key w I went in for an oil change today. Took them almost 4 hours for a simple like chg. When they returned my keys, I noticed my house key and mail key wasn’t there. They claimed they looked all over and couldn’t find them. Now we have to change all the locks. I’m so pissed off. I wanted to lease a car and the woman who was explaining to the end helped me with the letter of the car but never spoke to me about the GAP and when I went to financing she left and left me with another person who even behaved badly when my husband asked about the bathroom, happening that Saturday I decided to return the car on Monday x the morning and when I went to leave it they did not want to take me after all the bad time past they told me that it had to be with lawyers and in the end they told me that the car is scratched that is amazing. Nobody recommends going there because they do not care about the client. More

Couple of things that needs to be improved is the wait time to talk with the sales manager to finalize the sale and the delivery of the brand new car. We waited at the least 2 hours for the finalization and when the car was delivered, it was incomplete. I had to come back another day to pick up the missing components that was supposed to be included. Overall, the experience was pleasant, not so bad and not so great! More
