Rich Mota became my new service manager when I bought my Rav4 five years ago. He is very sweet and knowledgeable and treats the customer right and doesn't sell you something you don't need. More

I had a Toyota Sienna XLE Limited 2005. I paid close to $45K for this car. I went last week to find the trade in value of the car which has 160,000 and the dealer wanted to give me $2,000. I told the guy $45K for this car. I went last week to find the trade in value of the car which has 160,000 and the dealer wanted to give me $2,000. I told the guy i am looking between Volkswagen and Toyota and informed him that VW was giving me $8,000 for trade in. The guy said he can't do anything more than that and advised me to go to VW and get the trade in price. I can't believe they don't give proper price for their brand and bring the price down drastically. I am very disappointed with the Toyota especially if you paying $45K. I would not recommend this guys at all. Thats just my opinion. More
