I visited another Toyota dealer in Dayton, and was displeased due to the salesperson dismissing my questions with the statement that they did not have the car I was asking about, the seating was not l displeased due to the salesperson dismissing my questions with the statement that they did not have the car I was asking about, the seating was not larger than my current Toyota in the rear (false), and telling me if I wanted an electric vehicle, perhaps I should go to TESLA! Who does that?!?? I came into Hudson Toyota, and my sales representative was attentive from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I drove off!! Hudson Toyota treats their customers like family, makes sure we are comfortable, all questions are answered, and THEN they go beyond to make the experience a phenomenal one. Thank you to Ebrahim, Juan M (Manager), and Roman for making sure my grandson and I left in our BZ4X happy!! I wish I’d have come to Hudson a year prior!!! More
