Everyone was very friendly but NOT pushy and seemed genuine...when it was clear a hybrid and the environment were my priorities and not a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles, David actuall genuine...when it was clear a hybrid and the environment were my priorities and not a fully loaded car with all the bells and whistles, David actually convinced me to try a LESS EXPENSIVE and more fuel efficient model ...the Prius vs. the Camry Hybrid. And he was honest that the ride would not be as comfy as the Campry which is a good sized sedan, and was what I was planning on getting. I bought the Prius..so I actually spent less money than I planned to and feel better about a more efficient hybrid.. how many people have that experience buying a car? Also, my time was very limited and they were very quick as far as these things go...in for my 11am appointment and the Sales folks and the car were ready for me...no waiting around forever staring at brochures all by yourself while your salesperson disappears into some manager's office for an hour..and I was completely done just before 2pm...financing and all. I don't think I got the cheapest price possible in the world, but I don't mind folks making a living so long as they treat me well and understand my concerns. I did call a head and chat with the Manager first and explained the most recent car shopping nightmare I'd just had at another dealership (Ford), so that may have incentivized the folks at Hudson to have their ducks in a row and be ready to work with me as soon as I got there. The Toyota I bought is my first car. Ceasar was my Sales Consultant and Irfan Pirzada was the Sales Manager. They were extremely nice and helpful to me. Mario came and discuss some topics concerning the sequoia and then he told David to tour us a ride to see the different colours and other features they had. When we finish they made a very good deal with us for the trade in. We had our vehicle the same time we left which was great. There friendliness was excellent, they negiotate with us in the financing part and also great with the treatment. They have a very good customer experience. More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Hudson Toyota in Jersey City this past Saturday. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by people outside as well as at the front desk. They gave us cappuccinos and asked that we sit down and wait for our salesperson. This is a well run operation. Moments later, we were welcomed by Mario who has a very professional and friendly character. He introduced us to Alex, his saleperson, who was very nice and helped us to select the models we would test drive. He was never pushy and always gracious. After selecting our truck, we worked with Mario to trade in our vehicle and come to a good price we were both happy with. He is very fair and very nice to work with. He made the negotiations very enjoyable. Next, we met with Ilia who introduced us to new music while we filled out the necessary paperwork. He was really professional and really made the time go so quickly. We were delighted to drive off in our new truck and Alex gave us a tutorial before we left (and even set up my phone on the bluetooth so we could call people on our way home hands free) which was really helpful. My husband and I are 100% satisfied and really enjoyed working with Mario, Alex and Ilia and would recommend everyone to go and see them if they are looking for a car. More
