Unlike most name brand dealerships, Craig and Francis always give me realistic service recommendations on my vehicle's reports that are required to be done to ensure optimum safety is never compromised. On a personal note, both Craig and Francis really treat me like "family", as part of the Toyota family knowing that their really care about me, my family's and vehicle's safety as priority over just doing business with me. In addition, they always best accommodate me if and when I need a loaner in advance related to required lengthy and extensive services to be performed on my RAV 4, they prioritize and ensure that one is readily available for me to use.
