When i step out of my vehicle to step in Hudson premise, i had a very nice welcome form one of the associate named David and he offered us a seat and something to drink. Mario came and discuss some topics concerning the sequoia and then he told David to tour us a ride to see the different colours and other features they had. When we finish they made a very good deal with us for the trade in. We had our vehicle the same time we left which was great. There friendliness was excellent, they negiotate with us in the financing part and also great with the treatment. They have a very good customer experience. More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Hudson Toyota in Jersey City this past Saturday. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by people outside as well as at the front desk. They gave us cappuccinos and asked that we sit down and wait for our salesperson. This is a well run operation. Moments later, we were welcomed by Mario who has a very professional and friendly character. He introduced us to Alex, his saleperson, who was very nice and helped us to select the models we would test drive. He was never pushy and always gracious. After selecting our truck, we worked with Mario to trade in our vehicle and come to a good price we were both happy with. He is very fair and very nice to work with. He made the negotiations very enjoyable. Next, we met with Ilia who introduced us to new music while we filled out the necessary paperwork. He was really professional and really made the time go so quickly. We were delighted to drive off in our new truck and Alex gave us a tutorial before we left (and even set up my phone on the bluetooth so we could call people on our way home hands free) which was really helpful. My husband and I are 100% satisfied and really enjoyed working with Mario, Alex and Ilia and would recommend everyone to go and see them if they are looking for a car. More

We met with the sales manager, Mario Fernandes, and one of his salesmen, Sam Moton, on a Saturday afternoon. We looked at what my options were, looked on their lot for cars, and found one which I would be able to afford and got me into it! Once the credit application process was completed, we filled out some paperwork, and then went and met with one of their finance managers, Ilia Pilmenstein. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my many questions and made sure I was happy with the answers I received. I was hoping to find an honest, friendly dealer to work with in New Jersey, as I was not satisfied with the New York dealerships, and I got what I wanted and some. I walked into the dealership to test drive a used 2008 Prius and walked out with a brand new 2010 Prius with financing that I could afford. It was a miracle that Hudson Toyota had EXACTLY the model and color I wanted right on the lot! I will recommend this dealership and pass around Cesar's card to everyone who parks in my parking lot in NYC wondering where they can get this fine car.
