She was patient and made sure that the vehicle I chose had all of the options that I needed to tow our camper and to have an all around comfortable family truck! Debbie Pignotti made this trip a breeze! I truly despise going to dealerships. I usually feel like sales people are trying to get you into a vehicle you really don't want and out of your pric I truly despise going to dealerships. I usually feel like sales people are trying to get you into a vehicle you really don't want and out of your price range. I also hate spending long hours at a dealership. Debbie did not make us feel that way at all. She made the visit worth while. She got me into the vehicle I wanted and got all the paperwork done so efficiently that it didn't feel like I was there longer than necessary. I enjoyed Debbie's positive outlook on everything. Lack of concern for customer satisfaction I almost didn’t write a review due to the unprecedented and tragic times we’re in right now. Pray God we get through this sooner than later. But if/when the time comes for you to buy a car, I recommend steering clear of this dealership. # 1) Customer Service barely exists. From the first time you walk in to their showroom and walk over to the desk where someone should greet you, but instead ignore you. To after the car is sold to you. They seem to care less. #2) I was passed along to 3 different sales associates. All extremely nice people. But because there was no consistency, I don’t believe my needs were truly understood. #3) They communicate quite frequently with you when they’re trying to close the deal. Then suddenly forget your number when they change the terms of the agreement without telling you. Only to find out when you’re in the midst of signing the DMV paperwork and YOU discover it on your own. #4) You get in contact with the General Sales Manager long before this virus outbreak. He drags you along for WEEKS saying he’s looking into a resolution for you and will circle back. He is not a man of his word. He never calls back. Ever. You have to chase him down. #5) You ask the GSM to pass along a message to the owner to please call you. He never does. Maybe the message didn’t get to him? Maybe he doesn’t care about customers satisfaction as well? There’s an old Italian expression “the fish stinks from the head down.” Maybe this is going on here at their dealership? Word of mouth is everything. I know I will not be recommending this dealership to any of my friends or family. In the scheme of things, it’s only a car. There are much greater problems in the world right now. But I had to express my disappointment in this dealership for future car buyers. Most people would rather have their teeth pulled at the dentist than have to negotiate with a car dealership. And this is why… More
