They needed to replace a small piece of trim, but I took delivery of the auto while it was being ordered… when the part came in the service department dropped what they were doing to install the part and get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Can’t really ask for more from a car dealer. Very happy that Hudson Valley VW is where we found the car that my daughter was looking for. More

We came in a year ago to look at a Volkswagen and met with Fran. We didn’t end up purchasing one at that time, but we kept his contact information and came back a year later. This time, we got the best deal we could find anywhere. Fran was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple and easy. Working with Kevin, however, was not as pleasant of an experience. He didn’t seem happy that I was taking the time to read through the paperwork before signing and he made a comment about me “finding his hidden fees.” When I explained that I just wanted to be sure I understood what I was signing, he responded with, “It’s just a lease.” Other than that, I would absolutely buy another car from Fran.
