They needed to replace a small piece of trim, but I took delivery of the auto while it was being ordered… when the part came in the service department dropped what they were doing to install the part and get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Can’t really ask for more from a car dealer. Very happy that Hudson Valley VW is where we found the car that my daughter was looking for. More

He didn’t seem happy that I was taking the time to read through the paperwork before signing and he made a comment about me “finding his hidden fees.” When I explained that I just wanted to be sure I understood what I was signing, he responded with, “It’s just a lease.” Other than that, I would absolutely buy another car from Fran.
