My HVVW experience was EXCELLENT! I had did my homework on Jetta TDIs and wanted to take one for a test drive since it had been 10 years since my I had owned my previous TDI. Versie was superb, knew my ti on Jetta TDIs and wanted to take one for a test drive since it had been 10 years since my I had owned my previous TDI. Versie was superb, knew my time was limited, answered my questions point blank and made this one of the simplest car sales in my life. When I dealt with Mindy she respected me obtaining my own financing and was extremely honest and thorough in explaining my after sales options available to me. No pressure only honest up front information and left it for me to decide. That type of respect for my time and knowledge probably led more to me wanting to purchase extended programs knowing I was dealing with a honest business than any pressure sales or impending doom scenarios ever would. When it came time for delivery I have never seen a sales person so knowledgeable and thorough as Versie was to ensure I knew all the features of my new car, I was impressed. I am looking forward to working with their service department when the time comes as I feel comfortable in knowing that they too will be honest and up front in my cars needs.
