After noticeing I had a damaged oil pan (previous owner)the dealership took my car in, no questions asked and repaired the car in less then 90 minutes. Incredible. Although I have a dealer 1/2 mile from my house (this was 75 miles) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to. Hudson Valley VW exceeeded my expectations and I am proud to have purchased my vehicle there. Was also given a free snack in the nice waiting room which was a small but nice touch. I came in to get a check engine light fixed and expected to bring the car in the following week. I was able to leave the car the same day to get repaired.
