I went to Hudson valley VW for a problem with my 2004 passat wagon. no other VW dealer service team was able to find the problem with my vw climatronic system, but the team at Hudson valley VW was not on passat wagon. no other VW dealer service team was able to find the problem with my vw climatronic system, but the team at Hudson valley VW was not only able to diagnose the problem but they fixed it right the first time!!! thank you so much Hudson Valley VW for making my VW Passat right again and the price was right too!! I brought my Jetta in for problems I was having and she was awesome. Super nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. The girls that work in the service department are just the same! The phone etiquette is the worst of any car dealership I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, you leave voice mail messages and they don't get returned. This is certainly the case for the Serv have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, you leave voice mail messages and they don't get returned. This is certainly the case for the Service Department, and I've had issues with Sales team also. They make excuses for everything instead of finding answers, such as there are only 2 people working in service today, the service guy doesn't speak good English, etc. It's like they have an excuse bag they use to answer questions concerns. They expect you to accept their lame excuses. This week I took my car back first thing Wednesday morning for a small scratch (which they tred to fix prior to the sale and didn't do a very good job). First off, my loaner car was not ready, I had to wait 20 or so minutes, making me late for work. They told me the car would be done by Friday, seems long for small scratch, but OK. called Friday, now car won't be ready until Monday. I'm told they're not happy with how it came out. Makes twice now that they have tried to fix it. So now I'm without my convertible for one of the nicest weekends so far this year. I will not deal with them in the future. And there is no way I would recommend them to anyone I know. More
