Sales was easy and good I had a good experience with sales. I did most of my bargaining on-line so I had the numbers ready to go before I even test drove the SUV. My only complaint - when I left they had placed vinyl letters on the back window advertising their dealership. I was extremely frustrated that they did not ask first. Who wants vinyl letters all across your NEW vehicles back window advertising Huebner. I was out at work in the parking log scraping off with a razor blade. Someone walked by and asked me what I was doing. They said they would be furious if that happened to them. That is my only complaint - in fact if they were not 2 hours away, I would have driven it back and returned it. I was that angry. That is why I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 More

She let us ask a million questions and answered what she could and got answers when she couldn't. We have not bought or driven a new car in many years so she had a lot to teach us and she was so patient and made it seem so easy. No pressures, understands it is a big investment and got us the price we needed to see. I could not have been happier. I felt like a little kid with a new toy. I am now a proud owner ok co-owner (I let my husband drive it sometimes) 😝 Of a 2017 Subaru Outback. All I keep thinking is....Whoop Dee doo in my Subaru!
