We drove 3 hrs from our home to see a vehicle at a prearranged appt, when we got there we were told the vehicle was being used by an employee to run errands, we had been in touch with the salesman prearranged appt, when we got there we were told the vehicle was being used by an employee to run errands, we had been in touch with the salesman the entire trip and were told the vehicle was there and no problem so when we got there we were surprised to find it was gone, we were then told it would be back in 10 min, 20 min later still not back so we left, 40 min later they texted and said vehicle is back now but we were on our way back home by then, I think they are more interested in giving employees a car to drive than actually selling them…no integrity More

I came to Huffines Kia with my mom looking to to purchase a new car. We came with 2 possible trade ins, both Kias. We have had kias for over 8 years and are clearly loyal to the brand, but that did not seem a new car. We came with 2 possible trade ins, both Kias. They very much saw two women and tried to take advantage by seriously low balling our trade in values. We actually left this dealership and went to a different one and were immediately treated with more respect. I would not recommend this location. More

DISHONEST DEALERS! Be careful if you return a lease to this dealership. I took my car in to have it looked out early so I could make any necessary repairs on my own. The gentleman helping me looked at the this dealership. I took my car in to have it looked out early so I could make any necessary repairs on my own. The gentleman helping me looked at the tires, we took pictures of measurements, and agreed the tires were within the contract specifications. Four months after I turned in the vehicle I received a bill for $200 to replace a single tire. After sending pictures proving the tire was within standards Kia still says I owe them for the tire. Why would I ask someone to look at the tires and take pictures of the thread gauge and turn the vehicle in early if the tires were not all good? I would have replaced the tire for much less than $200 before turning it in. When I call the dealership, Michael Lang was extremely friendly and sounded sympathetic. He took a message and no one ever called me back. Boo! Bad service! Dishonest. Avoid! More
