Found an Autotrader posting here for the Vehicle I was looking for at a very reasonable price and in super condition with low mile. Investigated this listing and the autofax. Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. Chrissy and all staff I met were friendly and helpful. I have a few days for closer look by my mechanic but expect no hiccups. Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction 5/24/25.

I've had many dealings with the service department and will say they have worked hard for me to get the work done on time and explained everything that I needed to do to maintain the warranty. They worked beyond the call of duty to get my repairs completed. Frank Tadora was attentive and kept me informed of all progress. I felt comfortable in all my dealings with them and felt they were very honest. I'd highly recommend them for any service.

Horrible service. They have been avoiding me because of their mistakes done with paying off my trade off. Send General manager and email and nothing. Good afternoon sir, this is Kathy Fellows. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 on March25. I traded my 2016 Jeep Wrangler white, and your financial managers didn’t take care of it til April 10. I was receiving phone calls about late payment. Not only they send the wrong amount, but to the wrong address as well. Now there’s a balance that still hasn’t been paid which is the interest from the two weeks it took them to payoff the car. Not only is the vehicle already posted online, but I have not gotten a phone call from Jeremiah or Bryan. They are always busy with a customer or at a meeting, the receptionist has send them multiple emails about my call. And not once have they called me. It’s 3 months later and this situation hasn’t been taken care off. This is the worse customer service I have received. I have bought 3 vehicles and never had this issue. So sad of a dealership to have managers not return your call and avoid you.Please help, get this situation fixed, I am not paying for someone mistake and being Irresponsible. Very annoyed Customer. I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form.
