We appreciated their honesty and transparency unlike other dealerships we have dealt with who have said anything to get us in the door. Our sales rep was Alan and he was awesome from start to finish. Alan was very personable and professional and was not pushy at all and got us a great deal on a great truck. There was some hiccups on my end with my license not having my married name and he was quick to respond and got us the license plates as soon as I left the RMV today.
