For my budget and what I was looking for in a car, a used car was my best option. The “A” Huggard and Ewing received from the BBB, as well as the many positive reviews online looked promising. When calling about the car and visiting, Jon was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I was not pressured into a sale. They say at H&E that the price is non-negotiable and this is true. They were honest and completed fixes that the car needed before the sale, and when one small issue with the window was pointed out right before the sale I was given an IOU fix that their service station will fix (I got the car after work right before closing, and would have to go back a different day). My new used car is fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for, and in great shape. I couldn’t be more pleased. I had previously visited a dealer before looking here, and the vibes I was getting from H&E were markedly more chill and pleasant. Jon really made this experience positive, and in the future I would consider purchasing from here again. More
