It was my 1st time at Huggard and Ewing Auto Center. I was very happy with the effort and care John gave me. We walked the entire lot together looking at cars, by the end we were friends feeling like we I was very happy with the effort and care John gave me. Unfortunately my experience was horrible and very disappointing. I went over there to check a 2017 Nissan Sentra and the seller was Bronson, he was very attentive at the beginning and everything was disappointing. I went over there to check a 2017 Nissan Sentra and the seller was Bronson, he was very attentive at the beginning and everything was perfect. After all the paperwork I finally picked the car up and started to ride it. 2 days after the car had a breakdown in middle of 128 north close to Peabody and I had to tow the car back to the dealer. I tried to reach out the seller in order to check "what's the next step". According to the lemon law "any car that impairs it's functionality is eligible for a refund". But I got no response and the only answer was "call tomorrow at 11am. I came.back to talk to the manager but she arrives there @ noon so I spoke with one of the Owners who was a little.bit.more empathetic.However, his words were "you're not getting your refund, so you can wait until we fix the car (which problem was its CVT transmission) or you can pick another one" I spent 3 days going back and forth over there, calling out of my.job to deal.with this guys and try to get the best solution. Their excuse was "it's a used car we don't even know if they had any issue" That means they don't check the cars before they sell it (?) At the end I picked a 2016 VW Jetta paying more for that, having wasted my time and spending more money because the engine and warning light that were supposedly fixed , well... It never was fixed. I do not recommend this place to buy or trade a car and IF UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES you end up there, do your deal with Tyler or one of the owners. Tyler helped me and assisted with the Jetta paperwork and insurance issues, due to the negligence and inactivity of the former seller and the manager. PS. They are still selling the Sentra, so DO KOT BUY THAT CAR! More
