Felt Completely Scammed Went to this dealership to purchase a specific car. Our salesman, Big Joe, was fine. The financing person, Susan, on the other hand made me leave feel Went to this dealership to purchase a specific car. Our salesman, Big Joe, was fine. The financing person, Susan, on the other hand made me leave feeling completely scammed and abused, as a result I have been tossing and turning every night since because the experience there was just so terrible. She added a service plan without our consent into the paperwork. I kept asking how much payments would be without this obscenely overpriced and useless plan and she just railroaded over us and said more and that we would have to have a shorter financing term. It does not take a genius to realize that adding a $3000 service plan to your financing will make the payments go up. Once I got home and did the math and realized that, not only would my payments be about $62 a month more and for a year longer also, my sizable down payment (which I was making to lower my monthly payments) was going to count for absolutely nothing because a monstrous service plan was being added, which would actually make my payments larger than with no money down and no service plan. Easily the single worst experience trying to purchase anything ever! Update: since this absolutely horrific experience at this lot, I have done extensive reading on scams that car dealerships will try and pull. This lot used every sleazy one of them! One to particularly look out for is they lie about your credit score, telling you it is much much worse than it really is, and then try to charge you an outrageously high interest rate and make you feel lucky to be getting financing at all. This dealership is just so completely sleazy and unethical in its business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! More

“BIG JOE” To the point… I never write reviews! Until I met Big Joe. I’ve purchased two trucks within a months time, the first one was an OK kind of purchas To the point… I never write reviews! Until I met Big Joe. I’ve purchased two trucks within a months time, the first one was an OK kind of purchase, The pricing at Huggard and Ewing brought me from Winthrop to Stoughton... truck had issues and I had a sour taste in my mouth… However, I needed a second vehicle and returned about a month later. That’s when I met Big Joe! I know he’s a salesman, his job is to make sales. He did much more than that for me, he made a friend! This guy not only hooked me up with another great truck for my son… He also removed that sour taste in my mouth with my first purchase. Joe is amazing, he knows what his customers are looking for and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy with your purchase, at least he did for me! If you are thinking of buying a vehicle… You will do your self a Dis-service, if you do not go and see “Big Joe”! More
