Just the best car buying experience ever!!!!!!! I'm old and I've bought a lot of cars . Why did I have to wait so long to stop in here. From the the start Joe became my best friend he sat us down made sure we didn't need anything then he brought out the car we were interested in and let us take it for a test drive.the car was perfect for us. So we went to see Susan Park their financial officer and she was the best I've seen she came up with a good offer so we took it. and then Chris brought it to the service bay and cleaned and waxed and changed the oil. The follwing day I sent my sister and they also bought a car from Big Joe. This has become my new favorite dealership. Everything went smoothly and we were out the door with the car in about 2 hours.
