Within 3.5 hours of stepping into the dealership, I had driven, chosen, gotten financing, and signed on the dotted line. Susan in finance explained everything and answered all my questions so I made the best choices for the financing that matched my situation. I picked up my vehicle with new plates and registration two days later. I discovered two possible issues with the car, contacted them, and within a few minutes I had fabulous customer service setting up an appointment to service the car and give me a loaner. More

Great Communication! Stop by unannounced on a Sundaylooking for a truck I found on AutoTrader. Reggie came to our help trying to locate the 2012 Ram we wanted to see. Afte Stop by unannounced on a Sundaylooking for a truck I found on AutoTrader. Reggie came to our help trying to locate the 2012 Ram we wanted to see. After his multiple laps around the yard in the golf cart he came back with news that it was sold the day before. I asked for another truck and before we could blink he was back on that golf cart driving like a NASCAR driver trying to find the truck but he comes back empty handed again. He takes my number and wouldn't you know it the deal fell through and I get a phone call Monday morning saying the original truck is available! The whole process was great, Reggie would call and text me updates and the runner was able to bring the truck MUCH closer to my place once it was ready for delivery. They have a great selection of cars and trucks and I will be looking here once I'm back in the market for another pickup! More
