Very pleaded Reggie was the best Salesman. Jimbo and Chris gave been great as well with a brake issue , hopefully it is taken care of . Had to wait about 50 minut Reggie was the best Salesman. My experiences with Chris Coy, service manager, have been of the most satisfying and customer friendly service that I have ever received. Auto technicians Kevin and Manny are always available to answer questions and give excellent advice. I want to give a top notch recommendation to all prospective customers to come in and meet any of the staff from the owners to the auto techs to see what I am talking about. Mediocre experience Before I get to the negatives, let me first say that they have nice, low mileage, and well-priced vehicles on their lot. Not only that, they are willing to negotiate on prices, which makes car shopping a little more fun. That being said, they were not very organized at all. I went to pick up my car that I paid cash for, not financed, and when I got there nothing was ready. My registration wasn't ready, papers I needed to sign weren't ready, they were kind of all over the place & what should've been a quick stop-and-grab of my car took nearly an hour. Then, to make matters worse, I had problems with my car the very first time I went to start it after leaving the lot! I found myself back there for a few hours on that very same day, waiting on a new battery and starter. Everyone was nice, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I should not have problems with a fairly new car the day I purchase it. Additionally, there were no fluids at all in my car; there was a minimal amount of antifreeze and no wiper fluid at all. Sure, I can handle that stuff on my own, but I expected a bit more based on the reviews I'd read. All that being said, I really love my car and am happy that the deal is overwith. More
