I have had multiple issues with my car over the last few months (add in my mother's car and you would think I live at H&E) and the quality of service from both Chris and Kevin is through the roof. Without fail, they both are friendly, professional, concerned about the well being of both my car and my family, and above all they are honest. It's not easy to find a good place to take your car when you need something, but finding a service place you can honestly say you love to go to is unheard of and I truly love taking my car to the service dept at H&E. I've had a horrible month personally and my car needing brakes, my battery dying, and my mother's car needing service while she was out of town has only added major stress to my already tough time. Last night I ran over something and got a flat on my way to get my kids from day care and literally felt like the universe was out to get me. It was basically my breaking point and I couldn't have been more upset or frustrated. I got my spare on and made it through the night completely disheartened. When I ran to H&E this morning to try and figure out my best option (I drive 100 miles round trip for work and couldn't do it on a donut), Chris saw the problem before I even pulled in, had the tire out of my trunk before I even parked, got everything fixed, and got me back on the road within minutes. Joking with me and making my day a little brighter the whole time. Kevin and Chris are always there to not just fix my car (or my mom's car), they ease your mind with quality of service, honesty about what's going on and what you really need, and a little humor mixed in just to make it all a little better. I purchased a used Toyota Sienna, which apparently just had come in from an auction. Thus, it was not quite ready (i.e., not cleaned, minor damages not addressed). I bought it and Paul promised to have eve had come in from an auction. Thus, it was not quite ready (i.e., not cleaned, minor damages not addressed). I bought it and Paul promised to have everything fixed by the time I pick up. They registered the car for me, so no hassle waiting at an RMV. When I came to take the car of the lot most things were done except for a missing rail cap that Paul had mailed to me. Unfortunately, the battery died within a few days. When mentioning this to Chris he reimbursed me for this immediately. Finally, as promised the title arrived within a few weeks. So overall I had a very good experience. More
I have been impressed since my first visit in July 2013 to initially look at then purchase a vehicle at Huggard and Ewing. I was initially encountered by Paul Lombardo and first impressions are very important to me. I felt that Paul's approach was not just professional but he was very engaging and demonstrated very good interpersonal communication skills. I had found exactly what I was looking for . The price and presentation of the vehicle was exactly what I had searched many weeks for. The 2004 GMC Yukon I chose was in very good condition with the lower mileage I had been doggedly pursuing in my weeks long search. Paul was quite helpful and explanative and did not present the quick sale, fast talking ,salesman approach. I made the decision to move forward with the sale. The next person was Chris O'Neill who is the co-owner and was really personable and engaging ,he made the sale process easy, he worked with my husband and me to obtain a very reasonable purchase agreement. I really can't end up this review without letting folks know that the service department headed up by Chris Coy is one of the best I have ever encountered! Chris is very knowledgeable, engaging , he has a very good "gift of gab", and in my estimation is tireless in making sure no stone is unturned with problem solving any issue regarding repairs etc. I have all good things to say about my encounters with Chris regarding any issue with my purchased vehicle. I also must mention that the level of professionalism and of the service department staff was excellent. In summation ,I could go on, I and my husband are very pleased with our overall experience at Huggard and Ewing. Thanks to all of the Huggard and Ewing staff! More
I went to Huggard and Ewing because they always have a great selection of under-used cars. This was my second purchase, so I knew to ask for Paul (he's been there for years). I shopped online first, so great selection of under-used cars. This was my second purchase, so I knew to ask for Paul (he's been there for years). I shopped online first, so I had a particular car in mind. After we worked a deal, there was no pressure to close, so I had the opportunity to sneak around and try to beat it. In the end, they offered me far more for my trade than anyone else and they sold me a solid car with low enough mileage that there was even some factory warranty left. Paul and the Chrises served me well. I can't say enough! More
Oh My God, the people at Huggard and Ewing were so so friendly I drove 2 hours to Stoughton, when I got there Huggard & Ewing gave me the keys to an 2009 Infiniti M35x and told me we will see you when yo friendly I drove 2 hours to Stoughton, when I got there Huggard & Ewing gave me the keys to an 2009 Infiniti M35x and told me we will see you when you get back, so I had to buy car. Huggard and Ewing made buying a car so easy. I went to Queens Auto Mall and Automax in Framingham there first thing they wanted was my SS number before I could smell or see a car and the salesmen were so nasty to me but Huggard and Ewing made me feel real comfortable and they really worked with me. The kicker was Huggard and Ewing filled my tank up before I left the lot, now would any major car dealership fill your tank before you leave their lot I dont think so. Huggard and Ewing you have a customer for life and it was worth the 2 hour drive 3 days in a row. Please America Support Small Business especially Huggard & Ewing you will not be disappointed More

I had a great experience going to Huggard and Ewing when I went there this past July to purchase a newer used car!! This was actually my first time buying a car by myself and I couldn't have been happier. I I went there this past July to purchase a newer used car!! I was able to get a great deal on my 2007 Ford Explorer and got a very reasonable trade in value for my old jeep. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to and get a hold of. They worked with my budget and were also able to give me a low interest rate for my loan with aforadable monthy payments. I was very pleased with that considering this was my first car loan ever! I was very pleased with the staff and the service that was provided with sales team. I was also just as pleased if not more pleased with the service center and staff in there. They went above and beyond to fix and look into the things I wanted them to check out. They were also very friendly, worked with my schedule and took care of everything for me with my new car! I would recommed Huggard and Ewing to anyone that is looking to buy a newer used car, and again I had an excellent experience there!! Thanks, Nichole More
My experience with Huggard and Ewing surpassed my wildest expectations. I was in the market for my first car and saw a very reasonably priced Dodge Avenger with low mileage on Cars.com and had to take the dr expectations. I'm so glad I did! everyone was friendly, extremely helpful and worked to make sure the car was right for me rather than mercilessly trying to sell me whatever they had like many other dealers. When I had the car looked at before buying it, the mechanic found a few problems; breaks needed to be replaced, AC charge, oil change etc. I thought it would be a deal breaker, but that wasn't the case as the crew at Huggard and Ewing did everything that needed to be done, free of charge and within two days! Needless to say, I bought the car and was extremely pleased with my experience at Huggard and Ewing. But it doesn't end there...About a week after I bought the car, I noticed that my front right speaker sounded fuzzy and I thought it was blown. I called Chris O'Neill and told him about the problem and he said to bring the car in the next day and they'd replace them for free! He gave me Chris Coy's (as if there weren't enough Chrises at this place) number to make an appointment. I spoke with Chris, made the appointment, and before I hung up, he told me he just wanted me to know that he's not going to rip some junk speakers out of another car and throw them in mine like some dealers do. He said he was going to put some aftermarket speakers in. I was pretty pumped about getting new aftermarket speakers for free but I didn't know how nice of a pair of speakers they were going to give me until the guy from the autoparts store delivered a Pioneer box to the shop. The speakers were amazing (I priced them out at around $70 for the pair) and the guys in the shop were really laid back. I actually had a pretty decent time waiting around the shop, hanging out with them while they installed the speakers and even got a lesson on what was wrong with my old ones when Chris Coy and I dissected them. Overall I had an amazing experience and would 100% recommend Huggard And Ewing (and already have) to anyone buying a new or used car. The guys are great, the service is great and I drove home in an awesome car! More
I definitely recommend Huggard & Ewing. Right from the beginning, when I first contacted Huggard & Ewing, I had a great experience. I sent an on-line request inquiring about a Honda for sale I saw in carsforsale.com. Mike Burns got back to me via a phone call the following day. He was very professional and friendly. He treated me with the respect I expected as a potential new customer (unlike other dealers I contacted while in the process of finding a car). Mike was helpful answering all my questions and concerns and was very accommodating with my schedule so I could visit them for a test drive. Later in the week, when I returned to complete the purchase of the Honda, Chris O'Neill had all the paperwork ready and well-organized. He took the time to go over all the forms and explained them to me in a efficient and clear way. Chris also took the time to answer any questions I had so when I signed the papers I was very confident I had make a good decision. The entire process from seeing the car, taking it for test drive, to signing the papers to purchase it was very efficient, pleasurable, and hassle-free. The rest of the staff at Huggard & Ewing I interacted with was also very friendly. An added benefit Huggard & Ewing offers is the issuing of license plates. I didn't have license plates since I didn't own a car but this wasn't a problem. They issued my new license plates on the premises and it was just great to drive away in my new car. I have owned my Honda for almost three weeks now and have driven it to long distances outside MA and it drives perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase and when the time comes to get a different car, for sure I'll be contacting Huggard & Ewing. More
