Purchasing tires & other service I always give Hugh White Honda excellent ratings because I've felt safe and trusting of the service department. This time I had a pause, I don't blame the service guys, Jason, Corey, and Don, who always treat me with respect and helpfulness, but I have mixed feelings about this experience. I wanted to purchase 4 new tires for my 2010 Accord and was quoted by the tire parts department $119.00 for each tire, Michelin which were on sale. That was around January 4th. I scheduled an appointment for January 16th to have them put on my Accord. When I arrived, I was told that was not the price and that I'd have to pay $204.00 for each tire! I pushed back but was told Michelin tires were never priced at $119.00. If I can't trust the parts department, not my fault. So I paid $1000.00 for a set of 4 tires. Now I find out I could've gone to a tire store and got the same tires for $129.99 a tire. My dumbness! To add insult to my service I arrived at 5:30pm to have the tires installed, didn't finish until 8:45pm, only to find out I have another problem that would cost me another $400.00. This was just not a good experience, and I would recommend you buy your tires somewhere else. This is the first time in years, that I've had a poor experience, and I don't blame it on the service guys because they were helpful, empathetic, and respectful, doing everything they could to make this better. More

Best service in Ohio Jason was as helpful as ever getting me in for the scheduled appointment. Don checked me out when the service was finished. I have Honda dealers close Jason was as helpful as ever getting me in for the scheduled appointment. Don checked me out when the service was finished. I have Honda dealers closer to my home, but I go here because it's the best service and friendliest crew I've experienced. The woman who was helping with the check-in when you first pull into the garage was also helpful. More

I'm in the process of buying a new car and was met with an extremely rude sales man. I came at 3:00pm on Sunday and the salesman gave push back when wanting to test drive a car at 3:20pm stating the dealership closed at 4pm. He reiterated the closing several times and it was blantely obvious he was not in the mood to deal with customers. He didn't give any information on the car and was just an overall nasty person (Vanco). He was very aggressive with my best friend who has purchased many cars from this lot. I will never purchase anything here due to this experience. More

Wonderful Experience We had such a great experience with Gregg in 2016 that when we needed a new CRV we didn’t consider anywhere else.
