Excellent I was there for routine maintenance. My wrench came up on the dash and said I needed B1 service. Donald Perkins is who I dealt with. He listened, wa I was there for routine maintenance. He listened, was professional, courteous and explained what would be done, approximately how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. When my vehicle was done, he explained what was done and went over the Vehicle Inspection Check List with me. Front end coil replacement. Noticed a clanking sound in front right tire well. Thought it might be a strut. Dealer examination detremined that front coil was broken. Replaceme Noticed a clanking sound in front right tire well. Thought it might be a strut. Dealer examination detremined that front coil was broken. Replacement was not available locally. Was able to overnight frm Texas at a very reasonable price. Repairs completed next day at slightly below estimated cost. Examination of coil determined possible corrosion which may have caused spring to break, Fornatunatly no other damage was incured, Dealership replaced both coils to assure both sides of front end were at the same height. Completed front end alignment. Car runs quite smoothly now without any noise. Service representative Steve Skaggs very helpful in communicating issues and resolving them. More
