Top notch Service department!! I have been bringing my cars to Hugh White Honda for years. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to checking in with the Service Manager , the actual work being done, the end-of-service consultation, and check out - all aspects are great. Their service hours make it easy to schedule and I couldn't ask for anything more. And they even wash my car for me. More

I appreciate they only sell me what I need and don't let me talk them into something I don't. I've been coming to Hugh White Honda for years, and I appreciate what they do. I love that I can call them anytime to just ask a question and get guidance on what my next step should be. I won't go anywhere else to have my car serviced. Love these guys! More

The best in auto maintenance I have been taking my Civic to Hugh White Honda for more than 10 years, and their excellent service was one of the reasons why, when I was in the mark I have been taking my Civic to Hugh White Honda for more than 10 years, and their excellent service was one of the reasons why, when I was in the market for a new SUV, I chose a Honda CRV (which, of course, I purchased at Hugh White!) I was considering non-Honda SUVs, but ultimately chose the CRV so I could get it serviced at Hugh White (also the fact that it is an awesome, safe and reliable vehicle!) I have never felt like I was talked down to or pressured to get things done that were not absolutely necessary. I have recommended Hugh White to friends who also owns Hondas and their experience has been the same as mine. (My husband wishes they could service his Ford Mustang, but alas, they only service Hondas. *smile* ) More

Purchasing tires & other service I always give Hugh White Honda excellent ratings because I've felt safe and trusting of the service department. This time I had a pause, I don't blame the service guys, Jason, Corey, and Don, who always treat me with respect and helpfulness, but I have mixed feelings about this experience. I wanted to purchase 4 new tires for my 2010 Accord and was quoted by the tire parts department $119.00 for each tire, Michelin which were on sale. That was around January 4th. I scheduled an appointment for January 16th to have them put on my Accord. When I arrived, I was told that was not the price and that I'd have to pay $204.00 for each tire! I pushed back but was told Michelin tires were never priced at $119.00. If I can't trust the parts department, not my fault. So I paid $1000.00 for a set of 4 tires. Now I find out I could've gone to a tire store and got the same tires for $129.99 a tire. My dumbness! To add insult to my service I arrived at 5:30pm to have the tires installed, didn't finish until 8:45pm, only to find out I have another problem that would cost me another $400.00. This was just not a good experience, and I would recommend you buy your tires somewhere else. This is the first time in years, that I've had a poor experience, and I don't blame it on the service guys because they were helpful, empathetic, and respectful, doing everything they could to make this better. More
