Impressed with the service I received at Hugh White Honda As soon I pulled in there was a an older gentleman that greeted me and led me to the service desk. I took the van there for the usual oil change, but As soon I pulled in there was a an older gentleman that greeted me and led me to the service desk. I took the van there for the usual oil change, but Mr. Donald Perkins at the service desk came into the waiting area to explain to me about the worn brake pad and he took time to talk to my husband over the phone and explained things very well. We were treated well and we felt the service we received was excellent. We love Hugh White Honda. Awesome employees!! They sure have created a family environment there!!! More

Extra attention I went in for a B12 service. I also knew I had a slow leak in a tire. My service lead and tech went the extra step. The tire issue was found (a screw) I went in for a B12 service. I also knew I had a slow leak in a tire. My service lead and tech went the extra step. The tire issue was found (a screw) and repaired. The service found an axle leak and the service tech let me know I was still (just) within warranty. He arranged a free rental and promised the car would be done before noon the next day which was important for my schedule. It was done by 10:30 and all was great - including him remembering that I had a 10% coupon. I can count on the team giving the extra attention to its customers. More
