Oil change and replacement of side door wheels on Odyssey Charges seem a bit high for the work done, but I don't have a choice in getting the problem fixed. My side doors on the van wouldn't work correctly a Charges seem a bit high for the work done, but I don't have a choice in getting the problem fixed. My side doors on the van wouldn't work correctly anymore, so I had to get the problem taken care of. I was also charged $20 for a 'SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAI ORDER'.. I didn't see this until I got home. I'm wondering what this is....a charge to bring my van in for repairs??? More

Although the part needed to make the repair wasn't available at this location, another dealer in the area had it in stock and delivered it to this loc Although the part needed to make the repair wasn't available at this location, another dealer in the area had it in stock and delivered it to this location and made the repair. Since I live outside of Columbus, I had to wait on the repair. Once the part arrived, it was installed post haste. Great service. More

Maintenance Came in for a service maintenance. Was taken care of in approximately 1 hour. Had no problems whatsoever. Also was pretty affordable compared to other Came in for a service maintenance. Water leaking into car Water was pooling up on my drivers side floor. They found a leak in my windshield seal. Glad they found it. The only problem I have was I took this to them when the vehicle was still under warranty. They turned me away and said it was condensation build up???? They didn’t even take a look at it. Now that it is out of warranty. Now I will have I pay out of pocket. The service department was very helpful this time. But when i first discovered the issue they weren’t. That was two years ago. The reason it took me so long to take the vehicle back to get looked at again is because I knew it was going to be out of pocket and not under warranty. That makes me mad to know it should have been fixed the first time when it was covered. More
