Informative and personable Staff I visited Hugh White service department for the first time. I was met with a very informative and friendly group who answered all the questions I aske I visited Hugh White service department for the first time. I was met with a very informative and friendly group who answered all the questions I asked with a patient and informative demeanor. All were pleasant and friendly from the girl that greeted me and took my keys, the guy that took my information and service needs, to the girl that processed my bill. I was so surprised when my car was returned within the designated time and it had been washed!!!! I even called when I got home as I thought I left something behind and the girl was so helpful, pleasant, and looked for my missing item. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back next time I need service. Thank-you for caring that the experience was so positive! More

Cody the representative that I usually get when I take my car in is always up front with me and is pretty patient since I tend to be forgetful about coupons. They keep me inform and tell me honest opinions about certain things wrong with my car and whether or not I need absolutely need to fix it since I'm a driver for a living I don't always have alot of cash on hand. Will go back and hopefully others have had as good a time as I have going. More

Brought a new 2016 Honda CR-V EX I went in for an oil change and new wipers for my old 2004 Honda CR-V with Steve Skaggs of the service Department and told Steve I was having a lot of I went in for an oil change and new wipers for my old 2004 Honda CR-V with Steve Skaggs of the service Department and told Steve I was having a lot of problems with my car. I was thinking about getting a new car so Steve walked me over to Jim Jeffers' desk while my car was being repaired. Jim told us about the 2017 and 2016 leases on CR-Vs. Jim gave us a beautiful Mountain Air 2016 CR-V EX to test drive that just fit the bill and was perfect. Jim worked very hard getting us the lowest lease price and never high pressure us. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Jim and Hugh White to my friends needing a new car. More
