I tried the other dealers before finding Hugh White! Hugh White was the only one that followed Honda’s recommended service and only performed the services that my Honda needed. This information should pop up when the customer is being serviced at the site. This would also help the problem of unnecessary coupon mailing and is more eco-friendly and stress free. More

Terrible service 3 out of the last 4 times I had an oil change there, they overfilled my oil. Not just by a little bit but by way past the full line on the dipstick. S 3 out of the last 4 times I had an oil change there, they overfilled my oil. Not just by a little bit but by way past the full line on the dipstick. Slightly over the full line should be OK but it was over filled by at least 1 quart. The last time I had my wife take it back to have the oil drained to the correct level they told her it was ok. I had to go back and tell them to show me an "official Honda document" that says it is ok as the manual specifically says not to over fill. Bad experience even with buying tires. Either their mechanics are terrible and don't double check or the equipment is old or both. I live 1 mile from Hugh White Honda but now go to to Dublin to get work done. More
