I recently purchased a used vehicle from Victory Chevrolet and my experience, unfortunately, was marred by a significant issue: a faulty battery. While I understand used cars can have unexpected problems, I would have expected a dealership to ensure the vehicle was in a roadworthy condition before selling it. The dealership simply dismissed it as a minor inconvenience. However, two weeks later, the battery died completely and needed to be replaced. The salesman tried to blame me for the dead battery which is the same thing as victim shaming. I was subjected to a series of run-arounds and poor customer service. My calls went unanswered, and I was given conflicting information. It became clear that the dealership had no intention of addressing my concerns. They failed to identify and address a critical issue before selling the vehicle, leaving me to deal with the inconvenience and expense of a faulty battery. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be mindful or possibly seek alternative dealership that treats you fairly & makes customer satisfaction a PRIORITY. More
