I have purchased a number of cars from Hunter, the most recent from sales person Hector. It took a while to complete negotiations, and finish the finance stuff, but overall that was OK. As to service- recent from sales person Hector. It took a while to complete negotiations, and finish the finance stuff, but overall that was OK. As to service- I took a car in to get an estimate on what it would cost to get the windshield washer working: service told me it would cost $220 to get an estimate. I took the car to an independent repair shop and got it fixed for < $100. (no charge to get an estimate) My major concern is with the service department. I had a car in for repair- was in the shop for about 4 months. Hunter did replace a number of engine items under warranty, but was unable to fix the major problem. Hunter estimated around $8000 to fix the engine, and gave me a detailed breakdown of what would be replaced, serviced, repaired. I felt the cost was excessive, and was not confident Hunter could actually fix the problem, so I declined the offer! I took the car to an independent repair shop, asked for an estimate to simply replace the engine. The mechanic said better that he diagnose what was wrong and then talk about a cost estimate. m Long story short: mechanic drove the car and was unable to duplicate the original problem! I asked him to keep the car for a couple of weeks and drive it until the original problem (which Hunter claimed still existed) surfaced., He was unable to duplicate the problem. The car runs fine! Did Hunter even test drive is after the warranty repairs were made? Apparently not. My opinion is that the Hunter technical/mechanical staff is not competent. I do not recommend Hunter for ANY automotive repairs. More
What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience. More

Needed to take my truck in to replace the thermostat. They told me that they could not give me a rental even though it is covered in the warranty. The next day a sales man named Jeff Radcliffe called to They told me that they could not give me a rental even though it is covered in the warranty. The next day a sales man named Jeff Radcliffe called to inquire about buying our truck back and us purchasing a new one. We explained to him that we where not happy with the service we had received and explained to him about them not giving us a rental for a service that was covered under warranty. Jeff told us that he would take care of it cause he was the jeffonator. He told us to bring the truck in next week and they would fix it and give us a rental. Well the day came for the appointment and no one in the service department had any knowledge of Jeff or any knowledge of what he had promised. No appointment had been set up at all. Their sales guys will promise things and not deliver and the service department will not follow through with the agreements promised in the warranty contract. Horrible customer service all the way around. Would give zero stars if I could. More
I was looking to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in and get a Ram 1500. I worked with Jaclyn to try and get some numbers. My lease was pretty much up. Between her and her manager they decided they would try and lie to me about not being able to trade in my vehicle because the lease was almost up. The funny thing was that I had already gotten appraisals from a few other Chrysler dealerships and they were the only ones to try and tell me that all they could do was take the vehicle in as a return and that I would have to pay mile overage fees and disposition fees. I just stopped her before she could finish spitting out lies. Funny enough I took it back the dealership that gave me the highest offer and there were no such issues. I also called Chrysler Capital to confirm there would be no issues and they said no. Be careful with this dealership. I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way than step foot in this establishment More
I had a wonderful experience leasing a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat from Hunter. I had visited a handful of other dealerships in the week leading up to leasing from Hunter, and I'd had such a bad experience th Hellcat from Hunter. I had visited a handful of other dealerships in the week leading up to leasing from Hunter, and I'd had such a bad experience that I was close to walking away from Dodge entirely. Then I discovered my vehicle through Edmunds...Davieon reached out immediately after I submitted a request, and he very quickly made an offer that was in line with what I was seeking. He was the only dealer at any point who sent me his deal screen. It made it easy to trust Hunter, and the deal was approved quickly. It was about 24 hours from the time I first discovered the vehicle at Hunter and the time I drove it off the lot. Everything at the dealership went smoothly and quickly. Kourtney was great in finance, and the dealership was much less hectic and chaotic of an environment than most other dealerships I've been to. Overall, I am thrilled by how easy and quick this transaction was. Very good quality of service. More
Took my car to hunter dodge and I was told that I needed a water pump so I okayed the work. I was told since I’m replacing the water pump I might is will do the trimming chain so I okayed that it cost me $1 a water pump so I okayed the work. I was told since I’m replacing the water pump I might is will do the trimming chain so I okayed that it cost me $1400 get my car home and all the coolant leaked out and I feel that I should have been told there was a 50/50 chance I will need to replace the radiator but no they didn’t tell me know it’s costing me more money. Is this what the dealer do just want to take ur money? And know they offering me a10% off that’s the coupon that they have online so it’s not nothing special. More
