My car was 10 years old and needed to have work at some point. We had stopped at 7 dealers on the way to Huntington Beach. I live 300 miles away and there are a total of 2 dealers in a 100 mile radius. We looked at Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, and Lincoln during our time in the Los Angeles area. We traveled near and far just to test drive and see which cars fit best with the living conditions, weather, and life style. I live in the mountains and I’m home for four months of the year, and I need a reliable car that can handle snow. Both of my parents had delt with Eric Magana on prior auto purchases. When we went to other dealers they were controlling, pushy, would not look up the car I was interested in, attempted to upsell, and overall they felt like cling-on’s. Going to Huntington Beach Mazda they made me feel welcome, comfortable, and able to continue looking for the car that fit my needs. They provided water, snacks, and had well-maintained bathrooms. They offered to quote prices while I continued to search for the car that fit my needs. Eric was even there for us on his day off!! I will be returning due to their customer service. Eric not only went above and beyond as a sales representative but he made a personal connection with me. He was not pushing a particular car but instead understood my lifestyle and was able to work within my budget. He also found out that the car I wanted had been sold from his lot. He located another identical car at another location. He went and picked up my new car. He also arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I will not be using another dealership because I dealt with Eric Magana. I will be refer him to others. More
