Excellent service department. The online scheduling process is was convenient and seamless. The appointment itself was efficient and hassle free. I was planning to go to a dealership in another county for a slightly used 2020 Mazda 3. Saw that HB Mazda had the same car for about $750 less. The other dealership couldn't match the price and HB is clo for a slightly used 2020 Mazda 3. Saw that HB Mazda had the same car for about $750 less. I normally don’t write reviews but this was definitely something that deserves one. From the moment I stepped foot in Mazda I had a good experience. Carrie came out to help me. She knew a lot about Mazda something that deserves one. From the moment I stepped foot in Mazda I had a good experience. Carrie came out to help me. She knew a lot about Mazda and the cars they had. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. Other dealerships I’ve been to the salesperson was aggressive in their sales pitch and didn’t seem to know much. But not Carrie. She did in the right way. When I first bought my new car I was worried that I was going to have to spend an hour trying to figure out all the functions. However Greg was very helpful. He showed me everything and was very clear on how it worked. I’m glad that I don’t feel clueless about my car and now I know how to handle it. More
