Eric was very considerate and helpful, I don't know much about cars but he explained everything clearly without being condescending (as a young woman that is rare while buying cars). They were very helpful in getting me the exact car that I wanted. They had my car "in transit" and let me pre-purchase it so I didn't have to worry about anyone else getting my car.
