My friend's car needed a battery check due to sluggish engine start, and required an overall inspection of her 2004 Mazda 3. Whenever we go, we always ask for Daniel! My friend has had some financial difficulties. Generally speaking, it is an anxiety-filled ordeal to explore car shops and dealerships, and inquire quotes on services which usually involve dishonest, overpriced repairs. We can all relate to this. Daniel is a highly competent, honest service advisor. A rarity these days! Just look for the tall guy with big, pretty green eyes. We asked Daniel to check the battery and inspect the whole car for any discrepancies that need immediate attention. It was a relief when we found that the battery was actually healthy; it was just a little discharged. An overall inspection revealed a minor leak from the automatic transmission, but we were assured that this was minor and we were advised to do our part by checking the undercarriage once in a while to make sure it remains that way. We were not conned to purchase a new battery and an overhaul of the automatic transmission. Our service quote was honestly priced, and our relief very palpable! Daniel... YOU DA MAN! Thank you sir!
