First of all, I just want to thank the staff at Mazda in Huntington Beach. With everything going on in the world, they still were professional and got the job done as best as they could. We were greeted by Carrie - probably the best customer service I’ve ever received from someone. She went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was leaving happy. I didn’t have the intent that I’d be leaving with a new car today but she made it happen, not because she was a pushy saleswoman, but because she genuinely cared and wanted me to have exactly what I was looking for. Again, she seriously went above and beyond and I’ll be referring everyone here. I wish I could give all of you more than 5 stars. Thank you again and I LOVE my brand new Mazda 3! More

I came into Mazda looking to trade in my Camry in hopes for a safe reliable car for me and my family. I was kind of nervous because I knew I was upside down on my Toyota and I thought any dealer is going t for a safe reliable car for me and my family. I was kind of nervous because I knew I was upside down on my Toyota and I thought any dealer is going to try and use that against me and not give me a good deal. But I’m so glad I was wrong. Edmund provided the BEST experience ever. He has such a great personality and made our visit amazing! He was very professional and personable. I instantly got a great vibe from him! There was no hassle, pressure or slick sale gimmicks. He was able to get me the best deal on the car I wanted (2020 Mazda CX-5 )and I am in love with it. He took his time going through my options without delaying the process ( which is a hard thing to do ). And to top it off before we drove out of the dealership Edmund helped me transfer all of my things from my trade in to my new car which I thought was really nice of him. He also spent the time going through all of the cars capabilities with me. I can tell he had my best interest in mind. We couldn't be happier. Our finance guy was great too. So friendly and explained everything in detail. We're very happy with Mazda! I will be referring all of my friends and family! More

This is a really beautiful dealership, but that was the least important part of my experience there. Tyson, Osvaldo, and Greg (and the man in finance whose name escapes me) were all super nice and they mad least important part of my experience there.
