Great experience buying my new Mazda! I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new CX-5. All of the staff that I worked with through the entire process were knowledgeable, friendly, I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new CX-5. All of the staff that I worked with through the entire process were knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed genuinely excited for me to be buying my new car. Fantastic experience! I walked into the lot undecided about which car I wanted. Carrie Martinez greeted me, listened to what I was looking for, grabbed a pile of keys for m I walked into the lot undecided about which car I wanted. Carrie Martinez greeted me, listened to what I was looking for, grabbed a pile of keys for me, and patiently took me out for test drives in 3 different cars. Carrie was very informative and fully explained the systems of each vehicle. Once I decided on a Mazda3, she was very efficient and transparent on the negotiation process. I left the dealership without a deal but ended up calling Carrie back and we came to agreement on the price over the phone. By the time I returned to HB Mazda, the car was detailed and looked great. Carrie walked me through the purchasing process, meeting with finance was easy with no wasted time, then Carrie gave me the full tutorial on all the vehicle systems. Great car, fair price, fantastic service!! Thank you. More

Amazing Dealership I had applied for financing online prior to coming in to see the car and they approved me which was a huge plus! If anyone is considering getting a car I highly recommend completing the financing application online to save some time when you come in for a car! Tyson was very nice and helpful in making sure that the car I saw online was exactly what I expected! Louis made the process for financing very simple and Greg did an amazing job at making sure I was aware of all the features in my 2016 Mazda 6!
