Genuinely nice car buying experience I didn’t want to buy a new car. I dreaded the whole process. But such is life sometimes we have to do things we don’t want. I went to two other Mazda I didn’t want to buy a new car. I dreaded the whole process. But such is life sometimes we have to do things we don’t want. I went to two other Mazda dealerships much closer to where I live and I ran into the stereotypical car sales people. I test drove Teslas, Volvos, Alfa, MINI, Lexus. Read the reviews and decided to email Huntington Beach. Greg Thrasher got in touch over email, and was one of the few sales guys to give me OTD numbers over email. No nonsense. He patiently answered questions over email and would touch base with me every now and then. No annoying, endless calls. A few weeks later I scheduled a time to go down, and sure enough Greg spent a lot of time with me, test driving a few cars and showing me everything about them. He let me take them on the freeway which no other salesperson did. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and at no point did did he make me feel any pressure. He seemed genuinely customer-focused, not just sale-focused. Ozzy also worked hard to get me to the numbers I wanted. Worth to drive here even if you live far, and definitely work with these guys. Can’t recommend enough. More

Ozzy reached out initially via phone following up on an online quote that I requested & set me up with Greg Thrasher to meet in person and test drive the car. I had been previously helping my mom shop for cars (outside of Mazda) and every dealership experience was beyond painful. When I decided that I also wanted a new car, we were less than excited to go to yet another dealership. However, stepping into the HB Mazda dealership was really a different world! The service was exceptional & Greg was such a pleasure to deal with! From having the car pulled up and ready to test drive, answering all of our questions & completing all paperwork he was a joy to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the car, making me more comfortable with making a Mazda my first large purchase. Once I decided to buy, the whole team was so helpful and quick to do their parts. I would highly recommend this dealership. It’s not the closest Mazda dealer to my home, but the service made it worth the extra distance! More

Service was awesome I was due for my 15,000 mile service and went to Cerritos Mazda where I had bought my car a year earlier. They wanted $400 for this service!
