He could answer every question I had and tell me about features I didn’t even know to ask about. He was friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. Once I decided to buy, the whole team was so helpful and quick to do their parts. I would highly recommend this dealership. It’s not the closest Mazda dealer to my home, but the service made it worth the extra distance! More

Service was awesome I was due for my 15,000 mile service and went to Cerritos Mazda where I had bought my car a year earlier. They wanted $400 for this service! I have not worked with one person who I didn’t feel was the best person for the job. I have purchased 2 cars from Joe Balisalisa, he’s fantastic. They all work as a team to get it done. They are all efficient, knowledgeable, honest, respectful and friendly. I had a lot of personal unique situations in my purchases. They always found a way to give me what I needed and wanted and patiently did so. Not one promise was undelivered. They stayed after hours when I needed it, answered every question thoroughly and every person I needed to speak to was available or called back within 24 hrs. As long as Mazda makes great cars I’m not going anywhere else. *** They also have great coffee, protein bars, comfortable chairs, a beautiful showroom and clean restrooms. Those may be smaller things but it matters. More
