With my wife being pregnant with our fir My wife and I had the absolute pleasure to work with Eric Magana in our recent purchase of a 2019 Mazda CX-9. With my wife being pregnant with our first, we were searching for a safe, 7-passenger SUV for our growing family. When we walked into Huntington Beach Mazda, we were greeted by their friendly staff and introduced to Eric, who immediately gave off a warm, but very professional first impression. Eric listened closely to our various needs while reviewing the available CX-9 models and provided a personalized recommendation for the transmission and features that would be most suitable. He put no pressure on us to purchase at our initial meeting and encouraged that we take time to review what we discussed as well as the competition. All the while, he maintained his polite and honest disposition. We were so impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the CX-9 that we decided to return to HB Mazda in less than a week to purchase the Touring FWD model with premium package. Since purchasing the vehicle, Eric and his team have been extremely accessible, helping us to get familiar with the CX-9s various features as well as resolving a few other minor issues. Confident and Satisfied with the Quality Workmanship and Cus Arrived a little early for my 7:30 a.m. 85k mile service appointment. Was greeted warmly by every staff member who caught my eye. Fredy handled all the necessary paperwork, estimation, and eta for completion of the work. I decided to wait and found the new waiting area to be a pretty good place to hang out, watch tv, snack, or do some work. Again every staff member was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the car needed work on cracked tie rods and an alignment that required more time. I was offered an available loaner car while the work was being done and was able to continue with my day. Fredy was excellent at keeping me informed and the car was ready as promised. Every service representative I've ever dealt with at HB Mazda has been a good expereince. All in all, five star rating. Thanks to you Fredy and your colleagues. More

I’d like to recognize JD for his personable approach constructing an agreement. He was transparent with the details and I never felt pressured during our conference. JD, if you’re reading this “thank you.” I’d also like to thank Carrie. I found her demeanor impeccably endearing and I appreciate her sharing her Miata as well. She loves it. Break the ice by asking her about her car! She’s an impressive lady with a car history to match. Shout out to Greg for taking the photo and showing me around the car one last time.
