Super reliable and fun to drive—and so smartly designed. Patterson is a stellar dealership with a highly professional and personable team, and I’m so glad I decided to buy there again. But the folks there made that decision easy. Certified sales professional Edmond was attentive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. A truly nice guy. Finance manager Louis and I shared many laughs as he efficiently squared away the paperwork. Greg kindly and patiently highlighted the many great tech innovations from my 2009 6 model, and I was off! I couldn’t recommend Patterson Mazda enough. A huge decision and process that many dread was uber-pleasant. What made all the difference were the people. Thanks so much everyone! Mazda was the first dealership we went to during our car buying hunt where we were greeted by Ed L. right away. Despite looking like young handicapped teenagers, Ed gave us a 5 star experience by answering all our questions and being accommodating of our conditions as my fiance was still in a lot of pain.
