AWFUL I drove to this dealership to purchase a Mazda 6, took a copy of the prices that I was offered by another dealership, hoping that I would not drive an I drove to this dealership to purchase a Mazda 6, took a copy of the prices that I was offered by another dealership, hoping that I would not drive an hour to purchase my vehicle. I was speaking to the salesperson when a man came over and put his hand on my shoulder, telling me they can not do the deal. It was very unappropriated and very uncomfortable. I am not sure who he was since he never introduced himself to me. He just came over and left. I was told by the salesperson he was the manager. Thankfully, I purchased my Mazda the same night from the dealership that gave me the quote, to begin with. It was worth driving an hour to meet the other dealership employees. They made it so pleasant for me. I would never go to Huntington Beach Mazda. More

We had done a lot of research going in and he was able to answer all of our questions and give a clear breakdown of the price. We went on several test drives and Joe made sure we got to test all the features we were looking for. When it came to buying the car, Joe went above and beyond to get the right trim and feature package right away. He drove to pick up the car from another location and get it back to us that day. Fast, friendly, and thorough transaction I had a great transaction with Joe Balisalisa and Louis C (finance manager) at HB Mazda. I’m not a fan of talking on the phone or in person until I’m I had a great transaction with Joe Balisalisa and Louis C (finance manager) at HB Mazda. I’m not a fan of talking on the phone or in person until I’m sure I want to go through with the transaction and that was never an issue with Joe. He was never pushy. Joe was willing to answer all my questions and work with the issues and conditions that I presented over email until I was ready to come into the dealership. All of their staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. We didn’t have to deal with any of the back and forth that I’ve normally experienced. The finance manager made me feel comfortable with the transaction and was very down to earth and friendly too. Thanks for a great transaction and I’m loving my new Candy Apple Red Mazda! More

My little one had fun playing in their children’s room and eating popcorn and other snacks provided. Water, coffee, and hot chocolate are also available. We worked with Joe B. and Louis C. and they were both very quick and patient as we wrangled our little one. My husband even left to get a cashier’s check, which thankfully wasn’t a problem. These small gestures made everything very seamless. Overall, a top notch experience here. More

Unbelievable Car Buying Experience! I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe wa I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe was like hanging out with a my neighbor or a friend from church. Absolutely no pressure. And oh my goodness, they served us lunch! Fresh ground coffee and hot chocolate! Doing the paperwork was also completely pressure free and fast. This was my son's first car and when we were finished with the deal, Joe drove the car up with a giant bow on the hood. Fantastic! Then he took pictures of my son and the car and sent us a short video to memorialize the moment. I can't believe there is this much to say about our experience. I 100% will return to "Big" Joe and Huntington Beach Mazda! More
