Very courteous and professional Joe Balisalisa was very courteous and professional. He helped my wife and I purchase a new CX-5 for our daughter that fell in love with the car. We we Joe Balisalisa was very courteous and professional. He helped my wife and I purchase a new CX-5 for our daughter that fell in love with the car. We were only going to be there for the holiday coming from the east coast and wanting to purchase the car for our daughter before we went back home. Joe made us feel at ease knowing that he will always be there should my daughter ever needed anything for her new car. He also went beyond his duty when he was notified by someone that called the dealership that a car was illegally parked in a parking spot. Joe somehow found it to be my daughter's car and emailed her to find out if everything was okay saving her from the possibility of being towed. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda to see Joe Balisalisa at Huntington Beach Mazda. Deck C More

thanks, “big joe”! when i arrived at HB mazda, i was unsure as to where the front door of the dealership was ... it was “big joe” rosales who opened the door and made me when i arrived at HB mazda, i was unsure as to where the front door of the dealership was ... it was “big joe” rosales who opened the door and made me feel welcome .... he was friendly, helpful and took time to show me the features of the car that i was interested in as well as available options ... he also helped me in setting up an appointment with service department to install a navigation chip for my new car .... of course i would recommend HB mazda if my friends are interested in obtaining a new car ... looking forward to interacting with “big joe” again and for getting more “free swag”! 😉 More

The quality and value you get with a Mazda is second to none, but the service I receive at the Huntington Beach dealership is the reason I drive the extra distance to work with them. Their service department is fantastic, and Eric is amazing. He really makes you feel like you're a part of the family. He is extremely patient and really listens, then works hard to make sure you get everything you want in your automobile. There was never any pressure working with Eric, he really makes you feel comfortable with the entire process and seems genuinely excited to work with you.
