We test drove, installed car seats, popped popcorn, chased our toddler around the lot, crunched numbers…you name it, we did it! Not to mention, he helped entertain our 2 year old throughout the entire process! The great customer service did not end at completion of the transaction. At one point earlier in my shopping process, I was thinking about going with a CPO car, but as soon as I stepped on the lot, I knew that I'd be in good hands buying a new car with HB Mazda. I already had a pretty good idea about what I wanted and did my own research, and Eric had a great knowledge of not only the car features, but also what they had in stock. As soon as I showed up (my dad had been at the dealership earlier in the day), they were waiting for me, showed me 3 cars that fit my criteria, and took me for a test drive. Paperwork was finished in about 35 minutes, and I picked up the car 2 days later (I bought the car on a Sunday and had to get some finance stuff taken care of Monday before I could pick it up). When I came back to get the car 2 days later, it was fresh from the detailing center and Eric had everything ready for me. I dropped off my down payment check and was in-and-out in about 25 minutes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric and everyone else at HB Mazda. Even though I live about an hour away in Los Angeles, I'll be back down as soon as my new Mazda3 needs service & maintenance. Awesome service Just traded in my lease and, Robert, at HB Mazda was awesome.
